SERVICE AGREEMENT          Automotive & Industrial

Our service agreement is as follows;


1. Any radiator repair considered a Priority 1 would usually have same day service . In all cases there will be a guaranteed return time of 24 hours. The only exception is when a core or part has to be ordered. We do, however, stock many cores to try and prevent this situation from occurring.
   
   
2. We will pick up and deliver all radiators from your company location FREE OF CHARGE! This includes area surrounding the city by 60 miles via courier service.
   
   
3. City Wide's Service Department is available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm excluding long weekends.
   
   
4. New complete radiators for automotive use are covered under our exclusive LIFETIME WARRANTY (This warranty is not a limited or conditional warranty, if it fails we will repair or replace it at no cost). All plastic tank radiator repairs carry a 6-month warranty and all rebuilt radiators will carry a 12-month warranty. All recored and new complete radiators used in commercial applications carry a 2-year warranty.
   
   
5. City Wide will pick up any automotive or light industrial radiator, boil it out, flush, test, straighten fins, provide an estimate if repairs are required and deliver to your place of business FREE OF CHARGE.
